Sh*t happens! We are happy to refund back to original form of payment, exchange or return, for store credit your item(s) with an Amy Atelier's return authorization (RA) as long as your item(s) are unworn with tags attached and/or in original packaging. You must request your RA within 10 days of the delivery date of your purchase by scrolling to the bottom left-hand corner and clicking "Returns Center". Enter the required order info and follow the prompts needed to request a return. When you have properly submitted your request and it has been received, you will receive a "Pending Approval" response email. You will receive an email showing approval of items accepted or rejected for return and with a shipping label attached. Please note packaging and drop off instructions included in the email. Returns must be brought to the shipper and scanned within 48 hours of receiving the label. An email will be sent when your item has been processed also stating confirmation of your refund total.
Psst! Please be aware that all boxes and duster bags are required for footwear returns. All packaging including vendor jewelry bags, and boxes included in receipt of the item are required for accessory returns. And just a friendly reminder, all sale items, site-wide promotions and applied discount codes greater than 15% are final sales. Customized and personalized items are final sales. Even if you have an affiliation with the owner, there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
